63 seats is the final deal yes it is done now. For the reason that 63 seats could not be given was the stand of the DMK and for which the DMK staged a drama of withdrawal of the ministers from the cabinet. But, the same DMK has agreed to the demand. So the two days long drama has now come to an end.
Reports say that 61 seats have been allocated from the DMK quota and 2 seats from their alliance. And now the Congress is the happiest camp.
The present condition is that the gap has now been filled and we have to wait for the other happenings once the election is over.
